Housing Repairs Co-ordinator

Vox Network Consultants is seeking a skilled Housing Repairs Co-ordinator to join our team in North London. As a key member of our housing team, you will be responsible for coordinating repairs and maintenance services for our clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Diagnose repairs accurately and raise orders on IT systems to contractors and book appointments.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to phone enquiries in a professional, polite, and sensitive manner, ensuring a positive image of the Council is projected.
  • Liaise with other departments, agencies, and contractors to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Process service requests accurately, providing advice and information to customers, and ensuring all requests are processed in line with policy and procedural guidelines.
Requirements:
  • Knowledge of the main issues affecting social housing.
  • Minimum of 1 year's experience working within a responsive repairs environment and housing management systems.
  • Experience of dealing with all aspects of building maintenance/repairs in a busy environment.
  • Ability to process customers' repair requests methodically and accurately within tight deadlines.
Contract:

Initial 3-6 month ongoing contract with the opportunity to extend. PAYE via Umbrella. Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm.

Candidates will be required to complete onboarding and compliance checks, including DBS and online training modules, prior to starting.
