About the Role

Pareto, a leading provider of sales and apprenticeship training and development, is seeking an Administrative Officer/Receptionist to support the day-to-day running of our contracting business. This role will be based out of our office in Wilmslow and will involve providing administrative support to the contracting team and managing the front-of-house operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administrative Tasks:
    • General administrative duties, including record keeping, answering phone calls, and dealing with general enquiries.
    • Assisting with the on-boarding and compliance process, including sending and receiving client/candidate paperwork and documents.
    • Processing amendments to contracts.
    • Booking and recording candidate holidays and absences.
    • Processing timesheets to ensure payments are made on time.
    • Note taking for meetings.
    • Ensuring all candidate and client records are up to date.
    • Reporting, monitoring, and evaluation of documents.
    • Providing customer service support via phone.
    • Supporting Employee Relations duties.
    • Providing wellbeing support.
  • Reception Tasks:
    • Front-of-house management and organisation of the Wilmslow reception.
    • Maintaining and ordering office supplies.
    • Supporting the facilities manager with office maintenance requirements.
    • Managing visitor access and creating building ID passes.
    • Booking and scheduling meeting rooms for internal staff.
