Job Role

We are seeking an experienced Operations Manager to oversee a group of schools in Cheshire. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in catering and operational management, with a proven track record of success in leading teams and driving business growth.

As an Operations Manager with Caterlink, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of our schools, ensuring that our high standards of quality, health and safety, and customer service are consistently met. You will work closely with our site-based teams to develop and implement strategies that drive business growth and improve operational efficiency.
