Key Responsibilities:

  • Delegate work assignments and ensure the right person is assigned the right job.
  • Assist in the recruitment of new employees for the restaurant.
  • Ensure the restaurant is staffed at the correct levels each day.
  • Deliver a high standard of service at all times.
  • Support employee performance and encourage employees to meet acceptable standards.
  • Assist and support the training and development of all employees.
  • Deal effectively with customer complaints.

Required Qualifications & Experience:

  • 2 years' experience in a similar role.
  • Team management experience.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Meticulous attention to detail, highly organized, and capable of handling multiple tasks.
  • A proactive self-starter who can work independently with good judgment and minimal direction.
