Adult Support Worker

We are seeking enthusiastic and motivated individuals to join our team as Adult Support Workers. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in enhancing the quality of life for our service users.
Key Responsibilities- Build strong professional relationships with service users and other members of staff
- Maintain a safe, clean, and enjoyable environment for service users
- Keep up to date with all communication and information systems
- Attend and participate in meetings as required
- Promote equality and acknowledge individual differences
- Protect service users from any form of abuse
- Write accurate reports and keep written records
- Attend work reliably and punctually
- Ensure you keep yourself up to date with all procedures and policy changes
- Take responsible care for the health and safety of yourself and others
- Ability to form professional relationships with service users
- Ability to read and understand written work and write clear and accurate reports
- Ability to communicate clearly and easily with service users
- Ability to work as directed and complete tasks reliably
- Ability to participate in training and development
- Ability to follow a work pattern and attend work punctually
- Awareness of effective teamwork and the general health, safety, and welfare of service users
We offer numerous shift patterns to suit your needs, including:
- 8am - 4pm
- 4pm - 11pm
- 11pm - 7am (waking nights)
