Job Summary

Alchemy Global Talent Solutions is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Removals and Storage Sales Manager to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for leading the sales efforts, developing business opportunities, and managing client relationships in the removals and storage sectors.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company goals and targets.
  • Undertake removal surveys both in person and virtually.
  • Identify and pursue new removals & storage business opportunities through proactive sales techniques.
  • Negotiate terms of agreements and close sales to achieve revenue targets.
  • Provide leadership and guidance to the sales team, including training and mentoring.
  • Track sales performance and generate regular reports for management.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in sales management within the removals and storage industry.
  • Strong sales skills with a successful track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
  • Ability to lead and motivate a sales team to achieve objectives.
  • Proficiency in MS Office; familiarity with CRM software is advantageous.
  • Flexibility to travel within the region and occasionally work outside normal business hours.
