Job Description

Regional Sales Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and dedicated sales professional to join our team at Bristan Group Ltd. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing sales operations in the South West region.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop Strong Relationships

Establish and cultivate strong relationships with our channel partners, ensuring effective communication and collaboration to drive sales growth.

Analyse and Present Data

Analyse sales data and present insights to identify opportunities and gaps, utilising business intelligence to inform strategic decisions.

Recommend Corrective Actions

Recommend corrective actions and countermeasures to close gaps identified through data analysis, ensuring alignment with the Annual Operating Plan (AOP).

Execute Account Plans

Execute account plans in collaboration with the regional manager, ensuring adherence to the contract matrix and effective management of channel partner relationships.

Demonstrate Agility

Demonstrate agility in responding to channel partner and business requirements, ensuring flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced sales environment.

Contribute to Forecast

Contribute to achieving the forecast for the overall channel, working closely with the business development manager team to drive sales growth.

Maintain CRM Records

Maintain up-to-date records of channel partner information using CRM systems, ensuring accurate and timely data management.

Requirements
  • Self-Motivated

Be self-motivated, with a continuous improvement mindset, driving sales growth and excellence in a dynamic sales environment.

Experience in Sales

Have experience in sales, account management, or a related field, with a proven track record of achieving sales targets and executing account plans.

Great Communicator

Be a great communicator, able to establish and cultivate strong relationships with channel partners and customers, ensuring effective communication and collaboration.

Data Analysis

Be capable of analysing data and information to make informed decisions, utilising business intelligence to drive sales growth and excellence.

CRM Proficiency

Be proficient in using CRM systems and other relevant software, ensuring accurate and timely data management.
