We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Purchase Ledger Assistant to join our team at Todd Hayes Ltd.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Process and validate invoices received via post, email, or electronic systems
  • Manage and resolve invoicing queries with suppliers and buyers
  • Enter accurate and timely data into our financial systems
  • Assist with monthly post-out process and reconcile packs issued to expected numbers
  • Produce member statement packs in line with monthly deadlines and procedures
Requirements:
  • Strong IT skills, including proficiency in Excel
  • Accounts receivable and payable experience highly advantageous
  • Confident telephone manner and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
