About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled Cost Clerk to join our Infrastructure team. As a Cost Clerk, you will be responsible for inputting and reporting on weekly plant and material costs within our RDP system.
Key Responsibilities:
- Input weekly plant and material tickets into Oracle Costing System
- Review Purchase Order Status Report with site teams for missing tickets
- Produce weekly cost reports and distribute to site teams / SSC
- Checking and using WBS Coding Structure
- Invoice Query resolution - liaise with suppliers, procurement department, site & SSC
- Review aged plant & material accruals
- Check site plant books and supplier live hire reports v`s plant report
- Filing
- General Admin Duties
- Compliance to company procedures and policies
H&S and Environment:
- Safety is the cornerstone of MCWF strategy
- Be aware of and actively maintain the responsibilities listed in the GT Safety Policy Section
- Be aware of and actively maintain the responsibilities listed in the GT Environmental Policy Section
- Recognise that Health and Safety considerations are central to all tasks and contribute to ensuring safe working environment for all
- Ensure that safety issues are reported responsibly and participate in improving practice
- Quality & Document Control
- Understand and implement the Quality, Safety and Environmental Policies and Targets
- Comply, as appropriate, with the processes contained within the GT BMS
- Suggest improvements to the GT BMS when they become apparent
About You:
We are looking for a skilled and experienced Cost Clerk who can work effectively in a team environment. You will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work to deadlines and manage multiple tasks.
