Job Title: HR Business Partner

Next Employment is seeking a skilled HR Business Partner to join our team. As a trusted advisor to our people leaders, you will play a critical role in driving business success through strategic HR initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Build and Maintain Relationships: Foster strong relationships with functional leadership teams and internal/external stakeholders to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
  • Embed People Strategy: Develop and implement people practices that drive operational excellence and support business objectives.
  • Leadership Support: Provide expert advice and guidance to leaders on employee issues, including disciplinary matters, development, retention, compensation, restructuring, and organizational development needs.
  • Talent Management: Embed a talent management philosophy and support leaders in assessing skills and development needs of emerging leaders.
  • Training and Development: Work with leadership teams to evaluate training needs and provide support in developing learning strategies.
  • Employee Engagement: Support leaders in implementing employee engagement activities arising from the annual organizational health check survey.
  • Project Management: Provide subject matter expertise and project management support in developing and deploying people initiatives aligned to business priorities.
