Compensation and Benefits

Key Responsibilities
As an Audit Support Specialist, you will be stationed at our Head Office, providing essential administrative assistance to the Internal Audit Team and performing routine audit evaluations. Your main duties will include:

  • Offering administrative support within the Internal Audit Department.
  • Communicating with multiple business units to address inquiries.
  • Managing a central mailbox and telephone line.
  • Reviewing various company documents, including Nominal Payments, Cheques, New Supplier Applications, and Invoices.
  • Processing Expenses and Cash Advances.
  • Conducting system security and compliance checks on online banking and SAP systems.

Essential Skills
The ideal candidate will possess:

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, Word, and Outlook.
  • Basic experience in an office setting.
  • Self-motivation and the ability to work independently.
  • Strong analytical capabilities.
  • Excellent organizational skills with a keen attention to detail.
  • A collaborative team spirit.
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.
  • A commitment to ongoing improvement in personal and organizational processes.

Desired Skills
Preferred qualifications include:

  • Experience in Auditing or Accounts.
  • Familiarity with SAP systems.
