Position Overview: We are seeking dedicated Support Workers to assist individuals with learning disabilities or autism in achieving a high quality of life within various supported living environments.

Role Responsibilities: In this role, you will collaborate closely with service users, their families, and their broader support networks to enhance their health and wellbeing while fostering independence and community engagement. Our supported living services empower individuals to lead meaningful lives, maintain their residences, engage with their local communities, develop essential life skills, and reach their personal goals.

As a Support Worker, you will provide direct care and assistance, and you may also take on the role of Key Worker, guiding individuals in pursuing their aspirations.

A robust work ethic and a commitment to duty of care are vital, as is the ability to contribute positively to a team environment.

Work Schedule: We offer full-time contracts of 37.5 hours per week or part-time contracts with a minimum of 15 hours per week, all on a flexible rota. The capacity to work independently and use your initiative is crucial for this position.

Additional Requirements: A valid driving license and access to a vehicle are essential for this role, and mileage reimbursement is provided.

Training and Benefits: Comprehensive training is provided, along with opportunities to work towards a QCF Diploma in Health and Social Care. Benefits of employment with Creative Support include a probationary bonus, pension contributions, 28 days of annual leave, and company-paid enhanced DBS checks.

We pride ourselves on being a passionate, inclusive, and anti-racist organization, recognized as a Stonewall Diversity Champion and a Disability Confident Employer, and we have recently achieved the Investors in People Gold award.

Eligibility: We can only accept applications from candidates who are located in and eligible to work within the UK. This position is not open to sponsorship under the UKVI scheme.
