Creative Support is seeking dedicated Support Workers to empower individuals with learning disabilities or autism to live fulfilling lives in our supported living services across Ashton-under-Lyne and Stalybridge.

As a Support Worker, you'll collaborate closely with service users, their families, and support networks to enhance their well-being, promote independence, and foster meaningful community connections. Our mission is to enable individuals to lead enriched lives, maintain their tenancies, actively participate in their communities, develop essential living skills, and achieve their personal goals.

Your responsibilities will encompass providing direct care and support, as well as acting as a Key Worker, guiding individuals in realizing their aspirations.

What We Look For:

  • Experience supporting individuals with learning disabilities or autism is valued but not essential.
  • A genuine 'can-do' attitude, person-centered values, enthusiasm, and commitment are crucial.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential for developing comprehensive support plans.
  • A strong work ethic, a dedication to duty of care, and the ability to contribute positively to a collaborative team environment are highly desired.

Working Arrangements:

  • Full-time contracts (37.5 hours per week) or part-time contracts (minimum 15 hours per week) are available, with flexible rotas.
  • The ability to work independently and utilize your initiative is essential for this role.

Essential Requirements: A valid driver's license and access to a vehicle are mandatory. Mileage allowance is provided.
