Training Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Training Operations Manager to join our team at Nationwide Platforms. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the effective delivery of training programs across the UK, driving compliance with external training bodies, and promoting a culture of quality and excellence within the organization.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement training strategies to meet business objectives and drive growth.
- Manage and lead a team of training professionals, ensuring they have the necessary skills and resources to deliver high-quality training programs.
- Collaborate with external training bodies to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
- Monitor and analyze training metrics to identify areas for improvement and develop strategies to enhance training effectiveness.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders, including customers, employees, and management, to ensure seamless training delivery and minimize disruptions.
- Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices, applying this knowledge to continuously improve training programs and services.
- Proven experience in training operations management, preferably in the powered access or plant hire industry.
- Strong understanding of regulatory requirements and industry standards, including IPAF and PASMA.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
- Ability to analyze data and develop strategies to drive business growth and improvement.
- Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively.
- Valid driving license and first aid certificate.
