Training Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Training Operations Manager to join our team at Nationwide Platforms. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the effective delivery of training programs across the UK, driving business growth and revenue, and maintaining the highest standards of quality and compliance.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement training strategies to meet business objectives and drive revenue growth.
- Manage and lead a team of training professionals, ensuring they have the necessary skills and resources to deliver high-quality training programs.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify training needs and develop tailored solutions.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards, including IPAF and PASMA.
- Monitor and analyze training metrics to inform business decisions and drive continuous improvement.
- Develop and maintain relationships with external training providers and vendors.
- Provide training sales support to drive business growth and revenue.
- Manage customer complaints and feedback, identifying trends and developing robust improvement plans.
- Proven experience in training operations management, preferably in the powered access or plant hire industry.
- Strong understanding of training industry standards and regulatory requirements.
- Excellent leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Ability to analyze data and metrics to inform business decisions.
- Driving license and first aid certificate.
