Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a team of wellbeing professionals to deliver a range of services, including student support, mental health initiatives, and wellbeing programs.
- Develop and implement a holistic wellbeing model to promote student retention, attainment, and the student experience.
- Collaborate with colleagues across the university to deliver a whole-university approach to wellbeing.
- Manage clinical risk and safeguarding matters, ensuring a safe and supportive environment for students.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, including students, staff, and external partners.
Requirements:
- Appropriate qualifications and experience in a related field, such as mental health, wellbeing, or education.
- Proven leadership and management skills, with experience of managing multi-disciplinary teams.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work with diverse stakeholders.
- Ability to think innovatively and develop solutions to complex problems.
- Knowledge of wellbeing models and frameworks, with experience of implementing and evaluating wellbeing initiatives.
