About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Contact Lens Optician to join our team at Boots Opticians. As a qualified professional, you will be responsible for providing exceptional patient care and expert advice to our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver a positive customer experience by working collaboratively with colleagues to provide personalized care and support.
  • Build strong relationships with customers, healthcare professionals, and colleagues to drive business growth and enhance services.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest Contact Lens technology and spectacle dispensing techniques to train and develop the optical team.
  • Validate complex prescriptions and provide expert knowledge for patients with specialized requirements.
  • Supervise and mentor Student Contact Lens Opticians and Student Dispensing Opticians to ensure their development and success.
Requirements
  • Full General Optical Council (GOC) registration.
  • Qualified Contact Lens Optician with a passion for patient care.
