Job Summary

Network HR is seeking a highly skilled Senior HR Business Partner to join our team. As a critical member of the Transformation Office, you will be responsible for delivering complex organizational change and driving business excellence.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and Implement Organizational Transformation: Develop and execute a comprehensive end-to-end implementation plan for organizational transformation, ensuring seamless execution and minimal disruption.
  • Lead Complex Consultations: Manage multi-faceted consultations, including redundancy, redeployment, TUPE, and other people-related changes, ensuring effective communication and stakeholder engagement.
  • Provide Strategic Counsel: Offer trusted advice to the Chief People Officer, Chief of Staff, and Transformation Office on all people-related implementation items, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
  • Coach and Develop HR Team: Provide coaching and upskilling opportunities to the broader HR team, enhancing their capabilities and expertise.
  • Partner with Senior Stakeholders: Collaborate with senior stakeholders to build credibility and influence, driving business outcomes and achieving organizational goals.
Requirements
  • Experience in Change Management: Proven track record of implementing change programs and leading consultations.
  • Structured Approach: Highly structured and organized in your approach, with a commercial mind and employment law expertise.
