About the RoleThis is a fantastic opportunity to work with a well-established company in the energy sector, with a reputation for excellence and a commitment to career progression. You will be working closely with our Existing Dwellings support team to deliver high-quality training and support to our members.
Key Responsibilities- Deliver Introductory Level 3 Domestic Energy Assessor Training to new delegates
- Provide continued professional development courses to new and existing members
- Work with the support team to offer high levels of customer service support to our members
- Write technical material and provide telephone and email support
