We are seeking a dedicated Branch Operations Manager to join our dynamic team at The Outsourced Recruitment Company. This role offers a structured work schedule with no evening or weekend commitments.
Working HoursOn-site: Monday - Friday, 8 AM - 4 PM
CompensationSalary: £25,000 to £30,000, commensurate with experience.
Key Responsibilities- Enhance sales performance by fostering strong customer relationships.
- Identify and leverage opportunities for cross-selling.
- Oversee in-store promotions and product displays to maximize visibility.
- Manage designated customer accounts through both proactive and reactive strategies.
- Collaborate closely with the Sales Manager and local Field Sales Representative.
Ensure effective management of in-house promotions and point-of-sale materials, maintaining an attractive trade counter environment.
Requirements- Valid Driving Licence.
- Fork Lift Truck licence (or willingness to obtain one upon employment).
- 28 days of annual leave (increasing with service).
