About the Role

As a Duty Manager, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the seamless operation of our luxurious hotel. You will oversee daily activities, collaborate with department heads, and maintain the highest standards of service and guest satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide comprehensive support to Heads of Departments, fostering a collaborative environment and resolving operational challenges to ensure a smooth guest experience.
  • Champion exceptional service by personally engaging with guests, addressing their needs promptly and efficiently, and ensuring every interaction exceeds expectations.
  • Prioritize the safety and well-being of both guests and staff by adhering to strict health and safety protocols, particularly those related to fire safety.
  • Proactively address guest feedback, resolving complaints effectively and demonstrating a commitment to continuous improvement.
  • Execute essential duties outlined in the early/late duty checklist, including sleepover responsibilities when required.
  • Collaborate with the Maintenance team to address minor issues promptly and efficiently.
  • Demonstrate flexibility by assisting other departments as needed and readily covering staff shortages.
  • Perform any additional tasks assigned by the General Manager or Directors, contributing to the overall success of the hotel.
