Restaurant Host/Hostess Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled and welcoming Restaurant Host/Hostess to join our team at Four Seasons Hotel Hampshire. As a key member of our front-of-house team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional guest experiences and ensuring seamless service delivery.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage reservations and seating arrangements with precision and courtesy
  • Provide detailed knowledge of menus, ingredients, and daily specials to guests
  • Collaborate with servers to ensure timely and efficient service
  • Develop a thorough understanding of server stations, assignments, and workload capacity
  • Foster strong relationships with frequent guests and tailor their experiences accordingly
Requirements:
  • Previous experience as a Host/Hostess in a high-end hotel or resort
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and bank holidays
