Job Title: Restaurant Host/Hostess

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Restaurant Host/Hostess to join our team at Four Seasons - Fleet, Hampshire. As a Restaurant Host/Hostess, you will be the first point of contact for our guests and will be responsible for providing a warm and welcoming experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Guest Experience: Greet guests promptly and courteously, making eye contact and smiling. Utilize Open Table to take reservations and review the daily reservation book.
  • Seating and Service: Seat guests without reservations and have a complete working knowledge of the menus, menu ingredients, and what is available/unavailable for that day.
  • Server Support: Familiarize yourself with server stations, their daily assignments, personal timing patterns, and maximum workload capacity.
  • Frequent Guests: Familiarize yourself with frequent guests and know their names and preferences.

Requirements:

  • Previous Experience: Previous experience as a Host/Hostess in a Five Star Hotel and Resort.
  • Language Skills: Proficient in verbal/written English and good knowledge of English.
