This role is pivotal in supporting various TLSE initiatives within the institution.

The successful candidate will provide high-level, proactive, and efficient diary management and administrative support to senior leaders within the TLSE management team. This position requires extensive communication with a diverse range of stakeholders, both within the university and externally, necessitating a collaborative approach as part of the School Office and broader professional services team.

With a strong background in personal assistance and administration, you will possess exceptional communication skills and the ability to handle confidential and sensitive matters with discretion. You will be tasked with managing a varied workload while ensuring that all deadlines are adhered to. The ability to prioritize and organize your tasks independently is essential, along with strong IT proficiency.
