Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain our Technical Safety and Quality systems, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
  • Work closely with our production and quality assurance teams to ensure that our products meet the highest standards of quality and safety.
  • Conduct internal audits and provide recommendations for improvement.
  • Prepare for and manage BRC and customer unannounced audits, striving to achieve the highest standards.
  • Oversee our testing program, ensuring compliance with QMS, TACCP/VACCP, and HACCP protocols.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in a similar role, with a strong background in quality assurance and regulatory compliance.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and implement process improvements.
  • Knowledge of industry standards and regulatory requirements, including BRC and HACCP.
