We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Compliance Manager to join our team at D R Newitt & Associates. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for developing and implementing our Technical Safety and Quality systems, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain our Technical Safety and Quality systems, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
- Work closely with our production and quality assurance teams to ensure that our products meet the highest standards of quality and safety.
- Conduct internal audits and provide recommendations for improvement.
- Prepare for and manage BRC and customer unannounced audits, striving to achieve the highest standards.
- Oversee our testing program, ensuring compliance with QMS, TACCP/VACCP, and HACCP protocols.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in a similar role, with a strong background in quality assurance and regulatory compliance.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and implement process improvements.
- Knowledge of industry standards and regulatory requirements, including BRC and HACCP.
