Key Responsibilities

As a Production Assembly Worker at Brightwork Ltd, you will be responsible for assembling and modifying specialist components on the manufacturing process. This will involve working closely with the production team to ensure that all products meet the required high standards of quality and safety.

Core Duties

• Assemble and modify specialist components on the manufacturing process.
• Install, test and calibrate components.
• Conduct inspections to ensure all modifications and assemblies meet quality standards.
• Identify and report any defects or issues to the production team leaders.
• Maintain a clean and organised work environment.
• Adhere to all health and safety regulations and company policies.
• Maintain accurate records of production activities, including work orders, inspection reports and inventory logs.

Requirements

• Previous experience in a manufacturing or assembly environment.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and hands-on experience.
• Ability to interpret technical drawings and specifications.
• Proficiency with hand tools and power tools.
• Attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Good communication and teamwork skills
• Days and hours of work
Monday to Thursday 06:30am to 15:30pm
Friday 06:30 to 14:15pm
