Key Responsibilities- Support individuals with disabilities, including those with profound and complex needs, using person-centred approaches to enable positive outcomes.
- Provide personal care support with dignity and respect.
- Enable individuals to access a range of opportunities and experiences, including community activities and outings.
- Work in accordance with relevant national legislation and service-specific policies and guidelines.
Experience of working with adults with learning disabilities is desirable but not essential. Applicants without NVQ Level 3 will be required to complete a QCF Level 3 Diploma in Health and Social Care within the first 2 years of employment. The service will fund this training.
