You will be integrated into the Decommissioning and Waste Services division of our broader Nuclear & Power operations, situated in a picturesque location. Our team provides innovative solutions to clients in the nuclear industry, tackling challenges with creativity and expertise. You will be part of our rapidly advancing EC&I team, dedicated to leveraging state-of-the-art technology across a variety of projects. Recent initiatives have included the design, specification, integration, and validation of all three facets of EC&I engineering. Key Responsibilities:
  • Design various EC&I systems utilizing software tools such as Amtech Pro Design, Relux, AutoCad, and Revit.
  • Evaluate and test innovative software solutions to enhance our delivery methodologies.
  • Provide design support for on-site installations, which may involve travel to different locations.
  • Assist with decommissioning activities on-site, contributing to both Atkins and client-led projects.
The ideal candidate will possess a strong interest in the nuclear sector and a passion for integrating digital design into their engineering practices.

Qualifications:

A minimum of a 2.2 Bachelor's/BEng degree in Electrical and/or Electronic Engineering or a related discipline.
