Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Occupational Therapist to join our multidisciplinary team at Renovo Care Group. As a key member of our Neuro Rehabilitation team, you will be responsible for providing specialist Occupational Therapy to patients with acquired neurological conditions and disabilities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assessment and Treatment Planning: Conduct thorough assessments of patients' needs and strengths, utilizing formal and informal measures as appropriate, and develop evidence-based therapy plans.
  • Care Planning and Coordination: Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement comprehensive care plans, ensuring seamless transitions and effective discharge planning.
  • Clinical Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date clinical records, adhering to HCPC and RCOT standards.
  • Supervision and Training: Provide supervision and training to OT assistants, ensuring they meet the required standards.
  • Service Development: Contribute to the development and improvement of our Occupational Therapy service, including audit and quality assurance initiatives.
Requirements
  • Qualifications: HCPC registration as an Occupational Therapist.
  • Experience: At least 2 years of experience as an Occupational Therapist, preferably in a neuro rehabilitation setting.
  • Skills: Excellent assessment and treatment planning skills, strong communication and interpersonal skills, and ability to work effectively in a multidisciplinary team.
