THE POSITION

The Program Coordinator will play a crucial role in assisting Elevate Global and its clients in harnessing the potential of our technology, data, and Insight products. This position involves collaboration with internal teams and clients to establish product strategies, features, and development roadmaps.

The ideal candidate will report to the Impact Account Director and work closely with the Technology team, which oversees the technical and data aspects of our projects. Additionally, there will be a collaborative relationship with the Global Impact Director.

We seek an individual with an entrepreneurial spirit and a proactive approach.

This role requires flexibility, as it involves working from home, Elevate Global's office, and client locations, with a hybrid working model.

The Program Coordinator must be a motivated and detail-oriented professional who integrates well with the team, possesses strong interpersonal skills, and can quickly grasp our products and services to contribute effectively.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Collaborate with the Impact product team to define the product management strategy and roadmap.
  • Oversee multiple product workstreams, coordinating with key teams across technology, project management, and client delivery on a global scale.
  • Manage the Project Coordinator, focusing on daily organization, performance reviews, and team motivation.
  • Engage with Elevate Global and clients to prioritize product features and needs, ensuring our recognition as a leader in the data staffing sector.
  • Work alongside sales, marketing, and leadership to align client and business needs with our product offerings.
  • Coordinate project management tasks, including scoping and planning product releases, documentation, and testing.
  • Maintain comprehensive product documentation to keep stakeholders informed about product developments.
  • Handle all product-related responsibilities, including stakeholder briefings and scheduling product releases.
  • Facilitate internal and external meetings to ensure clear communication of product needs and feedback.
  • Continuously contribute innovative ideas to enhance the product function from an end-user perspective.
  • Support the development of product management standards and seek opportunities for improvement.

QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS

  • Exceptional project management abilities with a strong focus on detail and time management.
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in an agency setting, providing client services.
  • Capability to understand and implement Elevate Global's integration requirements across projects and services.
  • Ability to analyze consumer trends and competitive landscapes to identify new product opportunities.
  • Experience in guiding new product development from conception to market launch.
  • Strong relationship management skills, with the ability to influence client interactions.
  • Proficiency in supporting sales and marketing initiatives from a product perspective.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, particularly in PowerPoint and Word.
  • Self-motivated with a disciplined approach to independent work.
  • Able to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Comfortable navigating change in a dynamic industry.
  • Familiarity with project management tools such as Asana and Trello is a plus.
