Job Summary:

We are looking for a skilled Immigration Paralegal to provide support to our Immigration Partner on a range of business and private immigration matters.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and submit immigration applications, including start-up, skilled worker, EU settlement scheme applications, and British Citizen applications.
  • Draft representations and submissions to support immigration applications.
  • Communicate with UK Visas and Immigration on behalf of clients.
  • Prepare and submit immigration appeals.
  • Perform general administrative duties, including electronic and paper filing.
  • Provide ad-hoc support to the Employment team as required.

Requirements:

  • Law degree.
  • At least 2 years of prior immigration experience.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

What We Offer:

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a small, collegiate team and gain high-level immigration experience. The role will require office working 4 days per week and 1 day from home.
