Key Responsibilities

We are seeking an experienced Retail Merchandiser to join our team at our Lake District head office.

As Online Sales Manager, you will be responsible for:

  • Reliable and efficient order processing and fulfillment management of online orders, working to a strict service level agreement.
  • Monitoring orders to ensure efficient processing.
  • Order fulfillment, ensuring packing and transportation meet our high standards.
  • Working with our other locations and stock team for transfers and multi-store shipping.
  • Team management – organizing work rotas and daily staff workload allocation.
  • Collaborating with our web development team to enhance the customer journey.
  • Decision making and implementing changes to ensure good order processing flow.
  • Strong commercial acumen and ability to understand profitability within your department.
  • Understanding department targets and sales monitoring to ensure these are met and attendance to our weekly trade meeting.
  • Efficient and accurate time management and workflow.
  • Understanding and applying company policies.
