As Online Sales Manager, you will be responsible for:
- Reliable and efficient order processing and fulfillment management of online orders, working to a strict service level agreement.
- Monitoring orders to ensure efficient processing.
- Order fulfillment, ensuring packing and transportation meet our high standards.
- Working with our other locations and stock team for transfers and multi-store shipping.
- Team management – organizing work rotas and daily staff workload allocation.
- Collaborating with our web development team to enhance the customer journey.
- Decision making and implementing changes to ensure good order processing flow.
- Strong commercial acumen and ability to understand profitability within your department.
- Understanding department targets and sales monitoring to ensure these are met and attending our weekly trade meeting.
- Efficient and accurate time management and workflow.
- Understanding and applying company policies.
