- Work closely with our sales team to identify and pursue new business opportunities, building strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
- Utilize your excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively communicate with clients, colleagues, and other stakeholders.
- Manage and prioritize your workload to meet deadlines and achieve sales targets.
- Conduct thorough investigations into customer complaints and issues, providing accurate and timely resolutions.
- Make sound commercial decisions to drive sales growth and improve customer satisfaction.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments, applying this knowledge to improve our sales and customer service processes.
- Collaborate with our IT team to ensure seamless integration with our Microsoft D365 system.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in a customer-facing role, with a strong track record of providing excellent customer service.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to investigate and resolve complex customer issues.
- Proficiency in Microsoft D365 or similar CRM systems.
- Flexibility and adaptability, with a willingness to learn and take on new challenges.
