Job Title: Development and Partnership Officer

We are seeking a highly skilled Development and Partnership Officer to join our team at Kameo Recruitment Ltd. As a key member of our fundraising team, you will play a crucial role in supporting the advancement and successful implementation of our operational plan to fundraise across corporate and community opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop Meaningful Relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with funders and prospective donors to secure support for our charity.
  • Plan and Coordinate Fundraising Events: Organize and execute regular fundraising events to engage our community and raise vital funds.
  • Networking and Presentations: Attend external networking events and deliver presentations to corporate and community audiences to promote our charity's work.
  • Community Fundraising: Recruit community fundraisers and coordinate our charity's participation in community events to raise awareness and funds.
  • Donor Management: Manage enquiries, coordinate staff involvement, send communications, and keep donor records up to date to ensure excellent donor care.
  • Fundraising Analysis: Provide analysis of fundraising activity data to help focus our work and develop effective campaigns.
  • Tender Submissions: Assist in the preparation of trust and foundation applications and bids, coordinating with colleagues across the charity.
  • Relationship Building: Work closely with service teams to build and maintain strong relationships with the service and operational teams to ensure all funding bids link to our charity's goals.
