Development and Partnerships Officer

Our client, a leading organization based in Cambridge, is seeking a highly skilled Development and Partnerships Officer to join their team. This is a full-time, permanent role that will be office-based.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Prospect Research: Identify and research potential funding opportunities to support the organization's growth and development.
  2. Stakeholder Engagement: Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including corporate partners and local community groups.
  3. Event Planning: Coordinate and execute events, including networking and partnership events, to promote the organization's work and build relationships with stakeholders.
  4. Data Analysis: Analyze data to inform fundraising strategies and identify areas for improvement.
  5. Tender Submissions: Prepare and submit bids and applications to secure funding and support for the organization's projects.

To succeed in this role, you will need to demonstrate a high level of emotional intelligence, be proactive, and have excellent communication and interpersonal skills. A UK driving license and access to a vehicle are also required due to the location.
