We are looking for a candidate with experience working in a recruiting function and leading a team, managing numerous vacancies simultaneously. Experience using a HR system, preferably Zoho-recruit, is also required. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the recruitment marketplace, including advertising media such as Indeed and TotalJobs, recruitment consultancies, and direct recruitment. Experience using TotalJobs and Indeed is preferred. The successful candidate will be a confident and professional communicator with stakeholders at all levels, with excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to deal with sensitive issues professionally and confidentially is essential. Time management skills to simultaneously undertake several tasks are also required.
