In this pivotal position, you will oversee the outsourcing function, ensuring that our clients receive unparalleled support in their financial compliance needs. Your leadership will be crucial in maintaining timely and accurate reporting, which is essential for our clients to meet their tax obligations effectively.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with existing leadership to gain comprehensive insights into business operations and processes.
  • Inspire and lead your team through periods of change and growth.
  • Scale the team to align with growth requirements while monitoring resource needs.
  • Drive sustained growth through strategic marketing initiatives.
  • Lead the conversion of new business opportunities by delivering compelling proposals and presentations.
  • Support the outsourcing management team, cultivating a culture of coaching, development, and recognition for outstanding performance.
  • Provide accessible technical support and guidance to team members.
  • Manage team finances and maintain communication with stakeholders.
  • Oversee the onboarding process for large and complex projects.
  • Act as a primary point of escalation for client issues, leading discussions as necessary.

Are You the Right Fit?

To excel in this role, you should possess a professional qualification (ACA, ACCA, ICAS, CA, or CIPFA) along with:

  • Extensive experience in team leadership.
  • Proven track record in managing large outsourcing projects.
  • Strong knowledge of UK GAAP / FRS102.
  • Familiarity with UK VAT, corporation tax, and employment tax regulations.
  • Experience with IFRS is advantageous.
