Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Purchase Ledger Clerk to join our Estates team at Malborough College. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for carrying out all appropriate repairs, maintenance, and improvement of the College's domestic and commercial plumbing and drainage installations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Carry out repairs, maintenance, and improvement of plumbing and drainage installations in accordance with good building practice and current building regulations.
- Operate multi-site installations using a Building Management System.
- Work at height and in enclosed spaces, with all necessary safety equipment provided.
- Collaborate with the Estates team to ensure the smooth operation of the College's facilities.
Requirements:
- Multi-site experience in general plumbing and a wide range of types and ages of gas and oil-fired heating systems and associated installations.
- Experience of operating multi-site installations using a Building Management System.
- Ability to work at height and in enclosed spaces.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
