Purchase Ledger Assistant Job Description

Key Responsibilities:
  • Process supplier invoices in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Process the weekly payment runs.
  • Complete regular supplier statement reconciliations.
  • Deal with any queries from suppliers.
  • Review the aged payables ledger.
  • Assist the wider finance team where required.
