About the Role

Aramark is seeking an experienced and dedicated Deputy Head of Park to join our team at Chessington World of Adventures. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for leading and managing all food and beverage operations throughout the theme park.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage a large team of food and beverage staff to deliver exceptional customer service and high-quality food and beverage experiences.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve food and beverage sales, profitability, and customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with the Head of Park and other department heads to ensure seamless operations and achieve business objectives.
  • Conduct regular audits and ensure compliance with food safety, health and safety, and COSHH regulations.
  • Manage rotas, payroll, and other administrative tasks to ensure efficient operations.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in a similar role, preferably in a theme park or high-volume food service environment.
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with colleagues, customers, and stakeholders.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a high level of flexibility and adaptability.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
