Role Overview

We're seeking a talented Sous Chef to join our team in Peterborough. As a Sous Chef, you'll play a key role in leading our kitchen team and ensuring the highest standards of food quality and service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement menu ideas and recipes to drive sales and customer satisfaction
  • Lead by example, inspiring and motivating the kitchen team to deliver exceptional results
  • Assist the Head Chef in managing kitchen operations, including ordering, stock control, and inventory management
  • Deputise for the Head Chef in their absence, ensuring seamless kitchen operations
  • Collaborate with the kitchen team to achieve targets and improve performance

Requirements
  • Proven experience as a Sous Chef or similar role in a high-volume kitchen environment
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and maintain high standards in a fast-paced kitchen
