Job Title: Salon Account Manager

Revlon is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Salon Account Manager to join our team in the Midlands Central region. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, building strong relationships with our customers, and delivering exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve sales targets and business objectives.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with our customers, including hairdressing and barber shops.
  • Provide expert advice and support to customers on the effective use of our products.
  • Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities and sales leads.
  • Manage and maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales data, and market trends.
Requirements:
  • 4-6 years of sales experience, preferably in the beauty or haircare industry.
  • Complementary sales training desirable.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team.
  • Strong organizational and planning skills.
  • Full driving license.
