About the RoleWe are seeking a French speaking Trainee Accounts Assistant to join our team. As a Trainee Accounts Assistant, you will be responsible for driving improvements in free cash flow and operational performance, with a focus on optimizing accounts receivable and credit processes.
You will engage with customers and account teams to set optimal credit terms and build strong client relationships while reducing bad debt risk. You will also effectively utilize and analyze data to assess credit risks and formulate proactive strategies that are fully aligned with company goals.
You will improve and strengthen our credit strategy by implementing industry best practices and work closely with internal and external teams, including Controllers, Treasury, Sales, Service Delivery Managers, and Accounts Receivable teams.
You will ensure compliance with collection activities and proactively resolve any related issues.
About YouWe are looking for a candidate who is fluent in French (spoken and written), willing to learn, and has excellent interpersonal skills and articulation. You should be driven, motivated, and prepared to maximize the opportunity.
Key Responsibilities:
