- Work collaboratively with the multidisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans.
- Provide high-quality patient care, including administering medications, performing procedures, and maintaining accurate records.
- Participate in continuing professional development to stay up-to-date with the latest clinical skills and evidence-based practices.
