About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Healthcare Support Worker to join our team in the Acute Medical Assessment Unit. As a key member of our multidisciplinary team, you will play a vital role in providing safe and effective person-centred care to our patients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assess and manage patients with a wide range of medical conditions, including cardiology, respiratory, neurological, gastrointestinal, and endocrine disorders.
  • Work collaboratively with the multidisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans.
  • Provide high-quality patient care, including administering medications, performing procedures, and maintaining accurate records.
  • Participate in continuing professional development to stay up-to-date with the latest clinical skills and evidence-based practices.
