Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Learning and Development Trainer to join our team at Connected Health. As a Learning and Development Trainer, you will be responsible for designing, delivering, and evaluating bespoke training programs to support the development of our colleagues.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and deliver high-quality training programs to meet the needs of our colleagues
- Conduct needs analysis to identify training requirements and develop training plans
- Develop and maintain training materials, including presentations, handouts, and assessments
- Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make recommendations for improvement
- Collaborate with subject matter experts to develop training content
- Manage and maintain training records and reports
Requirements:
- Minimum of 1 year's experience in training and development
- Proven track record of designing and delivering effective training programs
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Knowledge of adult learning principles and instructional design
Desirable:
- Certification in training and development, such as CIPD or TTT
- Experience in coaching and mentoring
- Knowledge of digital learning platforms and tools
