Job Title: Emotional Literacy Support Assistant

We are seeking a passionate and enthusiastic trained ELSA to support a large primary school in the Portsmouth area.

Job Description
  • Experience of working as an ELSA
  • Fully qualified ELSA certified
  • Desire to work throughout Key stage 1 and 2 (4-11 year olds)
  • Working 1:1 with children who need emotional support
  • Familiar with 2:1 work such as bucket time and Lego therapy
  • Location: Close to central Portsmouth
  • Start Date: November 2024
  • Contract Length: Long Term - Potential to become permanent
  • Hours: Part time - afternoons only
