Position Title: Children's Care Service Manager

- Compensation: Competitive salary range of £40,000 - £50,000, with the potential for a performance-related bonus of up to 21%

Position Summary: In the role of Children's Care Service Manager, you will be responsible for the comprehensive management and administration of the children's care facility. Your duties will encompass ensuring the delivery of exceptional care, adherence to regulatory requirements, and the effective execution of policies.
Core Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operations, including staff management and financial oversight
- Provide leadership and support to the care team
