Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Children's Care Specialist to join our team at Advantage Healthcare Limited. As a key member of our care team, you will provide high-quality care and support to children with complex needs, including those with spinal cord injuries, muscular dystrophy, and acquired brain injuries.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver personalized care and support to children with complex needs
  • Work collaboratively with our multidisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans
  • Provide training and clinical support to enhance your skills in areas such as tracheotomy, ventilation, seizure management, and stoma care

Requirements:

  • Experience in childcare involving peg feeding, suctioning, and administering medication
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations
