Senior Accounts Payable Manager

A seasoned Accounts Payable professional is required to oversee a diverse portfolio of properties' accounts payable operations.
Responsibilities include managing the accounts payable team, providing support to the Property Management teams, and ensuring all tasks are completed on time and to internal and client Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for a best-in-class service.
Key Duties:
- Team leadership and development
- New supplier onboarding
- Compliance and risk management
- Payment processing and reconciliation
- Supplier and client query resolution
- Financial reporting and analysis
- Review of departmental controls and procedures
- Other duties as necessary
Requirements:
- Proven experience in accounts payable management
- Leadership and team management skills
- Relevant accounting qualifications and certifications
- Proficiency in financial software and systems
